living room, and on both porches.
Private brick patio with gas grille and 6 Adirondack chairs with plenty of
space for parking bikes or storing beach items. Outdoor shower adjacent to
patio.
Detached single car garage available for parking 1 average sized car. The
following are provided and stored in garage for guest use: beach chairs,
boogie boards, umbrellas, corn hole board, bocce ball set and assorted beach
toys. Ample space for storage of your personal items in the garage.
Parking for 1 average sized vehicle inside the garage, 1 additional vehicle in
main driveway, and 1 - 2 additional vehicles (depending on size) in private
parking space next to garage. Very short walk to neighborhood pool and
pavilion, and to boardwalk to beach!
