Beautiful Villa Pinija is a modernly decorated villa, located on the outskirts of the beautiful historical town of Zadar, Dalmatia. It provides the peace and quiet of the outer part of town, but with the vicinity of shops, restaurants, beaches and events in the town. Everything you need is a short walk/drive away.
This fully fenced, 920 m2 property features a stunning 150 m2 house, a swimming pool and a spacious BBQ area.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a living room, as well as 2 rooms and a bathroom. Here also, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. For a maximum number of 8 guests, this Villa is perfect for spending your vacation in a home away from home.
The ground floor gives way to exiting to the covered terrace and the pool area, while the second floor has a balcony exit. The outdoor part of the property has a wonderful pool area with sun umbrellas and sunloungers and, right next to it, a spacious BBQ and sitting/dining area. Free parking is available on the property, and the Villa has Wi-Fi coverage, SAT TV, mosquito nets and air-conditioning.
Pets are not allowed.
