This lovely Pacifico condo is located on the first floor and overlooks the pool with a walk out from the terrace. Two bedroom and very spacious. Easy walk to town, restaurants and more. Just a nice 15 minute walk to the beach! Private laundry as well!
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each bathroom has a private bathroom. This is a first floor condo that overlooks the pool in Pacifico. Lovely first floor condo with large terrace and gate with walkway to the pool. It is perfect!
We are a self check in service and we are also here should you need us. This is in Pacifico so we require your names and will pass you a QR code to have access to Pacifico.
Playas del Coco is a super town where you can walk to and has great restaurants, shopping and more. You are only 25 minutes from LIR Airport and close to many areas to visit and fall in love with Costa Rica! ...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Please do not leave trash in the home or outside. There are trash areas throughout the community labeled TRASH/BASURERO. Please respect the neighbors and no loud music and follow all pool/community rules located in the community. Quiet hours are 10pm -7am. If we receive a call regarding your behavior from the guards, you are at risk of being removed. Pacifico does not allow to save seats by the pool. The guards do take the pool towels. Please do not leave them unattended. You are responsible for lost or stolen towels. There is a beach club where you have access. The cost is $25 per person per day.
