The master bedroom is home to a double bed, whilst the second is where you’ll find a bunk bed with two singles. Head to the third bedroom and there is a single bed, with the option of an additional single pull-out bed being made up upon request, increasing the occupancy to six. All beds are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens. The family bathroom features a bathtub with a large overhead shower, along with a wash basin and WC. Outside you’ll find an enclosed yard for guest use. An outdoor tap and clothes lineare fitted in this space. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Free on-street parking is available on the street and throughout Brotton on a first come, first served basis. Ings Lane is within 35 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Sandsend, Whitby and Middlesbrough. It is also within walking distance of the Cleveland Way National Trail so you can explore lots of the coastline on foot easily. You’ll find a couple of bus routes running through Brotton and the closest train station is Saltburn which is a short 5-minute drive by car. There are train routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds and Manchester with connecting trains to Newcastle and London.
