Upon entering Iburn House, you’ll be welcomed into a light and spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. Featuring a large comfy sofa and two chairs, there is plenty of family space in the living room. Relax in front of the flat-screen TV after a busy day exploring the surroundings. Head to the rear of this space and you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with modern appliances, the kitchen has everything you need to make the most of your self-catering stay in Briggswath. Guests can take the pick of where to dine with a breakfast bar, as well as a dining table being available. From the kitchen-diner is where you can access Iburn House’s outdoor area. This fully enclosed space boasts a patio, as well as a grassed area so parties travelling with children will have plenty of space to let their little ones enjoy themselves during their stay. There is also a convenient downstairs WC available at Iburn House. The first floor at Iburn House is where you’ll discover three of the property’s four bedrooms. With two king size beds and a single, all in separate bedrooms, Iburn House has a setup to suit everyone’s needs. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor and it boasts a bathtub, separate shower, WC and wash basin. On the second floor is where you’ll find the third king size room, which also has an en-suite shower room with a WC and basin. Please note that two of the king size beds at Iburn House can be split to form two singles, so do not hesitate to get in touch with us prior to your stay so our cleaning team can arrange the property correctly. All beds at the property are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens ensuring that guests will have a great night’s sleep. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Iburn House are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is on-site parking available at Iburn House. Iburn House is within a short driving distance of all that Whitby and the surrounding area has to offer. Ruswarp train station is a 13-minute walk from the property where the Esk Valley line travels between Middlesbrough and Whitby with stops in Danby, Lealholm, Glaisdale and Grosmont along the way. You can visit other areas surrounding Briggswath easily via bus. Hop has stops in Lealholm and Whitby.
