Sleeping up to 7 guests, Sea View @ 44 is a spacious and welcoming split level apartment. Located within one of the most iconic buildings in Whitby, the property can be seen from all approaches into the town and boasts incredible sea views. You’ll have full access to the apartment during your stay which includes three bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom, a separate shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living / dining space.
Sea View @ 44 has a spacious kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster. The black, high shine kitchen cabinets are ultra sleek and the large L shaped island is a real focal point within the space.
The kitchen leads into the living and dining area which is a great place to socialise and unwind with your loved ones. The dining area features a table and leather dining chairs. Boasting comfortable sofas, a matching armchair and a TV, the living area is cosy and homely.
You’ll find two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill shower room on the same floor. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the second bedroom sleeps 3 guests with a double and single.
On the first floor, you’ll find the third bedroom which is a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Guests have access to the full apartment.
The keys to Sea View @ 44 are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The centre of Whitby is a short ten-minute walk from Sea View @ 44.
Whitby train station is less than a mile away so villages and towns along the North Yorkshire coast can easily be reached via rail. There’s also a taxi rank in close proximity to the train station.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Whitby. Hop on the X4 and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Sandsend, Runswick Bay and Staithes. The X93 travels along the coast to Scarborough. The 95 route features plenty of quaint villages, such as Grosmont and Lealholm.
