If you’re looking for a group getaway on the East Yorkshire coast, look no further than The Farmhouse @ The Grange! This recently refurbished holiday home boasts stunning interiors, free on site parking and a beautiful garden with a hot tub. Sleeping up to 15 guests, you’ll have full access to the farmhouse which includes two reception rooms, a spacious kitchen diner, seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Farmhouse @ The Grange has premium furnishings and gorgeous interiors throughout. There are two stylish living rooms to choose from both with comfortable sofas and flat screen TVs to ensure you have a fantastic place to relax. Traditional in style, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals easily. Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a large dining table and white dining chairs. With exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling, the dining area is a great place to enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The Farmhouse has 7 bedrooms in total. There is an ensuite twin bedroom located on the ground floor with an accessible shower. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Featuring a four poster king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath and a walk in shower, the master bedroom is a beautiful space. Sleeping 3 guests, the next ensuite bedroom has a king and a single. Two additional twin rooms and two king bedrooms complete the bedrooms. Also located on the first floor, the family bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, walk in shower, WC and basin. Outside you’ll have access to a large garden which has outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Perfect for alfresco dining and soaking up the sunshine, this is an added bonus! Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is free on site parking for four vehicles. Please note that this property is spread across two floors. The Grange is home to five cottages - Gannet, Guillemot, Kittiwake, Puffin and Razorbill - plus The Farmhouse & The Pheasantry. It has a maximum capacity of 35 guests so if you are looking for a stay for a large group, there are often opportunities to rent all properties at The Grange together. Flamborough is within 30 minutes’ drive time of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough so you can explore the Yorkshire coastline easily during your stay. The closest train station is Bempton which is a short 5 minute drive from The Farmhouse and has routes to Scarborough and Hull. There are a number of bus stops in Flamborough. Hop on the East Yorkshire 14 bus route to travel easily to Bridlington.
