The Ridge sits amongst 10 acres of private meadow and ancient woodland in the intimate valley of Charlcombe, which lies just at Bath’s northern edge. Charlcombe is a tiny village with a charming 12th Century church. Jane Austen records walking in the area. The property has the unique benefit of being surrounded by lush valleys and hillside pastures with far-reaching views across Bath and beyond, whilst also being in the city Bath (BA1), with the city centre only 3 miles away. Fancy a pub lunch? The Ridge’s local has been voted one of the best pub’s in the UK Hare & Hound which can be reached by foot across the plateau of the valley within 15-20mins (without stepping foot on a road!). Furthermore, the trendy village of Larkhall makes an convenient alternative to the City centre which provides cafes, restaurants, deli’s, butchers, fruit and veg, etc.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
