Located in the newly constructed Palladium Tower, this modern property is in one of Melbourne’s most desirable areas and offers breathtaking city views. The spacious one-bedroom apartment includes a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter the space. Keys are to be collected and returned to the KeyNest location (400 meters/6 minute walk from the property address) during the following hours: Monday - Sunday (8:30am - 12am) Fees apply outside of these hours. If you cannot collect during these opening hours, please only book the property if you have contacted us to arrange an alternative. If you need to return the keys off before opening hours, there is a drop box. Luxury awaits in the queen-sized bedroom. Flanked on either side by floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive mirrored wardrobe, the plush bed lets you unwind to the stunning skyline view. Top-quality linens ensure a restful night’s sleep while darkening shades keep the room cosy and private. A large walk-in shower, vanity, and mirror with storage are featured in the modern bathroom. Towels and consumables are provided for your convenience. The open-plan living area, illuminated by sleek downlights, boasts air conditioning, a large smart television, a dining table set for four, and a plush couch conveniently positioned near the TV. Adjacent to the living space, you’ll find the meticulously designed kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, spacious fridge, and all the essentials for preparing delightful meals. Step onto the balcony for additional seating and the perfect spot to lounge and enjoy the city from above. Additional shared amenities include a communal common area and a cinema on level 9, while guests can indulge in the luxury of an immaculate heated infinity pool, sauna, and gym located on level 40, and 41 during their stay. As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, including linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost. Paid parking is available at Crown Casino parking which is over the road from this apartment.** Pool and gym access is on level 40 and 41. They can be accessed from either level. Please follow pool rules and closing times. Route 58 Tram to the CBD via City Road/Kings Way - Stop 116 Kings Way (85m). Route 12 Tram to the CBD via City Road/Clarendon - Stop 126 Clarendon Street (180m). Nearby train stations are Southern Cross Station (1.3km) and Flinders Street (1.3km). We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of OTA, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
