Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- A Damage Insurance fee of 199 USD (non-refundable) is required.
- A Security deposit of 2,000 USD may also apply. A 1,000 USD food deposit is requested in cash upon check-in. No smoking is allowed.
- Children, pets, and events are welcome.
- The community has strict quiet hours after 10 pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for non-compliance may apply. Please be aware that due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year.
