As you ascend the stairs, halfway up you’ll see a refreshing salt-water pool perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. The attached spa is wonderful at night to unwind from the day’s activities.
At the top of the stairs, a large, soothing water fountain awaits. Enjoy dazzling sunsets over the Intracoastal as you sit and relax on the porch chairs.
As you enter through the front door, straight ahead of you is a wall of large picture windows giving you an uninterrupted, breath-taking view of the beach and ocean below. A perfectly situated telescope lets you check out what the fish and shrimp boats are doing or see whether the pelican caught a fish or not.
The living area boasts a 60” HD TV with a large, comfy couch. A couple of cozy chairs nearby is the ideal spot for your morning cup of tea or coffee. Sit back and let the sight and sounds of the sea relax you before you start your day.
In the kitchen, you’ll find stone countertops, a kitchen island with a skylight above and a built-in microwave, stainless steel appliances ideal for recreating your favorite recipes, and a walk-in pantry with plenty of storage space.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area where you’ll find a stunning wooden table with seating for eight plus a unique oyster-shell chandelier.
The master bedroom is situated to the left of the living area. A spacious king-size bed invites you to lie down and relax. With the screen raised, you can see the beach and ocean through the sliding glass doors. Can you imagine a more perfect view than this?
The ensuite bath off the master bedroom features the largest walk-in shower you’ve ever seen complete with a rain shower. The unique, claw-foot tub boasts both faucet and shower wand.
There are two additional ensuite bedrooms for guests on the main level. One has extra-long twin beds and the other has a king bed with a small daybed perfect for an afternoon nap or additional bed. Both guest bedrooms share a side porch with rocking chairs and a great view of the Intracoastal just across the street.
Downstairs off the garage you’ll find another ensuite sleeping area with a king bed, bath, and an additional washer/dryer. There is also plenty of beach and pool gear in the garage for your enjoyment while at Island Time.
Outside, your dream vacation continues. On the back porch are more comfortable chairs as well as your private walkway over the dunes to the beach below. Multiple hoses are available to rinse off the sand before heading to the pool. In addition, you’ll find a drying rack for swimsuits and towels.
Feel like grilling out? Go right ahead! A gas grill on the front porch will always have propane available and eagerly awaits your best hamburgers, hot dogs, veggies, fish, steaks, or whatever your grilling favorite may be.
Island Time is your dream vacation brought to life. Book yours today!
Plenty of parking including one space in the garage. A car will be a must to get to the grocery store and the delicious restaurants that can be found not only along A1A itself, but also downtown.
From May 1 - October 31, we have sea turtles who nest on our beaches each year. While they’re nesting, the beach needs to be kept as dark as possible. Since this house is oceanfront, we need your help to keep our sea turtles safe. Beginning at dusk on the side of the house that faces the beach, we ask that you please:
1) turn off all outside lights
2) pull down all window shades for any windows or glass doors.
Thank you for helping us give our sea turtles the darkness they need.

About the area
St. Augustine, Florida is a remarkable city that presents a distinctive mix of history, culture, and natural beauty. As the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement in the continental United States, it's rich in history that can be discovered through its well-preserved colonial district and numerous museums. The Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century Spanish stone fortress with views of the St. Augustine Inlet, stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
The city's historic district is a joy to explore with its narrow lanes, overhanging balconies, and old brick buildings. Here you'll discover attractions like the Lightner Museum housed in an 1887 Spanish Renaissance Revival style building and Flagler College, celebrated for its stunning architecture.
For those intrigued by religious history, the Mission Nombre de Dios traces back to the founding of St. Augustine and features a beautiful chapel shrine and a towering cross marking its significance.
St. Augustine also showcases beautiful natural attractions. Anastasia State Park offers pristine beaches and abundant wildlife while St. Augustine Alligator Farm provides an intimate encounter with American alligators specifically along with other reptiles.
The city's culinary scene is equally impressive with an array of seafood restaurants offering fresh catches from Florida waters as well as international cuisine reflecting the city's diverse cultural influences.
For shopping enthusiasts, St. George Street offers unique boutiques selling everything from handmade jewelry to local art while outlet malls provide great deals on brand-name merchandise.
In addition to its colonial charm, St. Augustine also boasts beautiful Victorian architecture among other later eras represented throughout the city.
In essence, St. Augustine delivers an enriching travel experience that combines historical exploration with beach relaxation along with cultural immersion through food and shopping experiences making it worthwhile for any traveler.
