You’ll forget your cares the minute you step inside the French doors to your open concept living area. Sitting directly across from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this beach retreat will quickly become your favorite ’go to’ spot for a relaxing beach vacation. This property boasts all new flooring and water views from every room! The 55" TV can be seen from the entire great room. The dining area seats 8 at a custom hand-crafted table and has a breakfast bar for another 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, new high-end cabinetry, granite countertops, and tons of room for multiple chefs! A brand new washer and dryer is just off the kitchen. Buckeye comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. All beds are brand new. The primary bedroom is king-sized and there are queen beds in the other 3. Each has a gorgeous view of either the gulf or the sound and a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have recently been re-done, one having a walk-in shower and the other a tub. Watch the pelicans soar by from your large front deck while sipping your morning coffee or bloody mary. View the Gulf and feel the sea breeze when having your evening ’s a great spot to congregate! Step outside the back door and you’ll find a newly built deck that runs the length of the house. Another option for relaxing and viewing the summer sunsets that Navarre Beach is known for. After a day spent swimming and shelling on the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor hor/cold shower under the house. There is also a charcoal grill here. Bike, walk or jog on the multi-use path that runs the length of the island. Bicycle, kayak , golf cart and surfboard rentals are available and can be delivered right to your house. The longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico is also 2 miles east and is a great spot to fish and people watch. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. This beachy experience will quickly be at the top of your list for all your family and friends’ get-away vacations!
