Directly across the street from the beach, Sandcastle is a great spot for your party of 6 to enjoy a relaxing get-away. Take a dip in the community pool after spending a day in the sand and surf.
This private townhome has balconies front and back. New furnishings, painting and flooring, (NO CARPETING!)
Sandcastle #7 is decorated in a beachy theme. The living area has a sleeper sofa, there is dining for 4 in the great room and another 6 in the well equipped kitchen.
There is also a full bath with tub/.shower combo on this main floor.
Up one flight it the king-sized primary with a private balcony. Down the hall is a queen-sized bedroom, a full washer/dryer and the second full bath with tiled walk in shower.
There is a charcoal grill on the ground floor, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off and carport parking for 2...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - A signed rental agreement is required to fully confirm this booking.
- - All renters must be at least 25 years old.
- - No Smoking allowed in property, including on balconies and decks.
- - Check-in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check-out time is no later than 9:00 am.
- - Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
- - No events or large parties are allowed. Occupancy limits must be adhered to at all times.
