Pop’s Promise

Kick off your flip flops and hit the waves at Pops’ Promise!!! This gulf front townhome is light and airy with plenty of room to gather with your friends and family! Throw open the sliding glass door from the great room and bring the emerald green waters and rejuvenating breezes in. Lounge and relax on your private deck while watching the dolphins play and the pelicans soar. The surf awaits you right outside your door! Pops’ has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Dine at the breakfast bar or in the dining area or outside under the sun and stars on your deck. The couch turns into a queen sized sleeper. The main floor also has a bedroom with 2 queen beds that will sleep 4, a full private bath with new tub and enclosure, and full laundry. Upstairs you’ll find the king-sized gulf front primary bedroom with new walk in tub and enclosure in the ensuite bath and private Gulf front balcony. Imagine waking up to pearly white sand and emerald green waters as you begin your day or watching the moon dance on the gulf at day’s end. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed and a set of bunk beds along with a new renovated private full bathroom. WiFI is included. As a bonus, on the ground floor is a little "getaway" unto itself! Here you’ll find a private entrance into a studio apartment that has a pull-out couch, dining set, king-sized bed, full bathroom, full laundry and french doors out to a private patio. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge. Perfect for 2-4! This room is also accessible to the upstairs unit without going outside. After a day of lounging on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and grill (gas) your supper just outside your door. There is plenty of parking for 4 cars and it is directly next door to Touch of Paradise if your group needs multiple houses. Your pup is welcome to join you with owner’s approval. There will be a pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. Pops always promised his family and friends a magical time at the beach, full of wonderful memories. Come on down and make some for yourself!!! NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/27-8/4. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.
