The open concept floor plan features comfortable seating for TV or Gulf viewing, a dining area seating 6, breakfast bar seating 3 and a well equipped kitchen. The main floor also has a queen-sized bedroom and full bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs is the king-sized primary bedroom with a daybed and private Gulf front balcony. There is also a wet bar with fridge so you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or a night cap at day’s end in the privacy of your bedroom. The ensuite bath features a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and private water closet. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bath. A washer/dryer is also on the upper floor for your convenience. A gas grill is available for your use. In the same 4 plex as Seagull if your group needs multiple units. Come escape to Rammer Jammer, where the sun, surf and sand will beckon you back time after time and your pup is welcome to join you with owners permission! There will be a $200 pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed. Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
