Located on a secluded 10 acres within the Nantahala National Forest, you will feel like you are miles away while still being close to shopping, dining, breweries and more! This new construction home invites you in with a large front porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The open floor plan living space is a welcoming place for your friends a family to gather with a fully equipped kitchen for making all your meals. Spend your day exploring and hiking on the property or enjoy reading and relaxing by the tranquil stream that is just a short walk from the house. There is also a 3 hole Disc Golf Course right on the property!
If you want to stay close to home, have a drink while you enjoy the stunning, long range mountain views year-round on the back deck or gazebo. After a day of adventures hang out in the game room or spend the evening making memories with friends and family around the fire pit. The two comfortable guest rooms have queen beds with enough room for everyone to rest and recharge. Whether you are wanting a secluded home to get away from it all or an outdoor adventure, Graceland Mountain Retreat will fulfill all your mountain vacation dreams!

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
