Come and enjoy this adorable home central to all the St. Augustine historic and island attractions, and just a one mile bike ride to the beach! Yellow Palms is Ideally located in a beach neighborhood with sidewalks leading to the the pier and beach strip, St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Alligator Farm, and more, all a 1-2 mile bike ride away. A short 4 mile ride will take you right into the heart of the Historic District of St. Augustine where you can take in the riverfront and Castillo de San Marcos, museums, shops, and countless premiere local restaurants.
Cheerfully and thoughtfully furnished with a coastal theme, the home has an open floor plan with a comfortable living space, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, and dining area. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the hall bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. Secondary bedrooms have a queen sized bed and two twin beds. Step out to the quaint covered front porch to enjoy some morning coffee in the rockers. In the evenings, enjoy the firepit out back with the kids and then settle in to stream a movie on the large-screen TV in the living room.
Whether you plan to stay a few days or a few weeks, the home comes with plenty of supplies for cooking and dining, and is outfitted with crisp linens and soft luxury towels, as well as start-up bath and laundry amenities.
**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire through the booking platform with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
