Located on 1.5 acres with a waterfall on one side and a stream below, The TrainStation is a peaceful and private home for those wanting to rest and recharge. Take the stairs that lead directly to the creek and wade in the refreshing water or grab your fishing pole! After a day of exploring enjoy a glass of wine on the wrap-around deck overlooking the waterfall or in the hot tub and let your stress melt away. Enjoy cooking with friends and family in the fully stocked kitchen. After dinner relax around the stone fireplace in the cozy living room with knotty pine, vaulted ceilings. The three large guest rooms give everyone plenty of privacy. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Whether you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax or get out and have adventures, The TrainStation is the best place to create lifelong memories! Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 6 - Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - The loft space is not for guest use at any time due to liability reasons. - Internet Speed: Download - TBD Mbps Upload - TBDMbps - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Cleaning fee: $205 Property Manager openly shares & clearly posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations.
