There’s plenty of space for multiple guests and families to spread out, relax and make Casa Colibrí the ideal vacation home to come back to after exploring everything these mountains have to offer. Take the vacation you have always wanted at Casa Colibrí! The space and charm of Casa Colibrí is evident as soon as you walk through the doors. You’ll be greeted on the main level by the Great Room with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to let lots of natural warm sunlight in. There’s also a wood burning fireplace, lots of seating, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining table that seats eight. You’ll have easy access to the large back deck with plenty of seating plus a gas BBQ surrounded by tall red and white oak trees. In the upper level, there’s a large open loft are with a flat screen TV with books, board games, air hockey for the whole family and plenty of seating on a huge sofa. The lower terrace level, you’ll have more space to relax plus another fully stocked kitchen! You’re very close to Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway and if you’d rather hang out and relax at Casa Colibri, there’s also a fire pit in the backyard! Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private and quiet neighborhood. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction.
