The two bedrooms and baths are located on the second floor, and a queen sofa sleeper, daybed, and half bath are on the first floor. You will find tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet throughout rest of condo. Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper + Day Bed ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
