Protaras Apollon Seaside Villa is a stunning five-bedroom property located in quite suburbs of Protaras just five minutes’ walk to Vyzakia Beach and 1.5km to the Central Protaras Strip.
This villa, furnished with utmost care to feel like a home away from home features a large private pool, a patio with cozy furniture, BBQ and a parking space for at least 2 vehichles.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen that open up into an ample garden area with 5x10 swimming pool, outdoor dining area and two more separate sitting areas under the covered pergolas.
The property features 5 double bedrooms, 2 of them are on the ground floor, both with their own en-suite showers. There is also a family bathroom with a shower located on the ground floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite shower, where the other two have the shared bathroom.
Complete with all modern appliances, quality furniture, fully air-conditioned, high speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels, the property is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well maintained. There is no doubt that this villa will ensure a comfortable holiday for the most demanding guest.
The nearest beach to villa Ithaki, about 5-minutes’ walk is Vyzakia Beach, a small organized, white sand beach with crystal-clear waters and lots of facilities.
About 20-minutes’ walk or 3-minutes’ drive is Konnos Bay, a Blue-Flag destination, complete with proper facilities and its charming beach cafe-bar. Overlooking the action in the bay is "Cliffs", a great place for a drink and with a touch of intimacy and romance. Other venues overlooking the Bay are "Spartiatis", a clean local tavern liked by locals and visitors alike.

A more family-oriented resort ideal for children of all ages has numerous crystal-clear water and white sand beaches, the most famous of which is Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach which are about 1.5km from the Villa or about 5 minutes’ drive. Near these beaches is the Central Protaras Strip where most of the hotels, shops, bars and restaurant are located. In the same area you can find supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic.
