This is an awesome condo with a third floor private living and BBQ area. You will spend your days here in this shaded area with sofa and outdoor eating area. The second floor has the bedrooms and bathroom while the private beautiful entrance brings you to the indoor living space and kitchen area. Private laundry in the closed outdoor first floor area. Only 25 minutes from LIR airport! Perfect private corner area and only 500 meters from the beach! Super!
First floor has the indoor living space area with living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom and outdoor closed space with private laundry and area with drying rack for clothing. Beach chairs and pool toys are also for you to enjoy! The second floor consists of a work space along with two bedrooms and one full bath. The BEST is the third floor private terrace that has a outdoor living room, dining area, BBQ and kitchen with small refrigerator.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Please follow all rules of the common areas and pool. Please do not leave trash in the condo or outside. Please place all trash in the areas located in the parking area. Please do not park in the zones for golf cart area and motorcycles. Lost keys are a fee of $100. Please use the lock box to store your keys. Please be gentle with the AC units and do not take them to a point of freezing the systems. We provide starter supplies of toilet paper, papertowels, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, soap and cleaning supplies, plastics bag and soap to clean dishes. They are not unlimited. You are responsible for buying more if you need it. Please do not disturb others. If at anytime, you are disturbing and not following rules, you will be asked to leave with the assistance of Airbnb. You have one parking spot in the complex. There are extra road parking. During busy times of the year, parking is more limited. No pets accepted. This is great for families. Please take care in the shared areas and keep an adult with the children and use plasticware around pools. If towels or other items are lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the guest to replace or pay for the item. We check all items after you check out.
