Splash’s kitchen and living areas are open plan and look out at the gorgeous pool. There is a separate living area for the children to play video games, listen to music and watch TV while you relax with friends in the kitchen/living area. There are three televisions, two bathrooms and a two car garage. It truly is Utopia! The children will love the newly refurbished wooden playground complete with slide, climbing dome, swing and monkey bars.
You can spend days exploring the region south to Byron Bay, west to the sunset over Mt Wollumbin/Warning in the National Park, north to the Gold Coast and Tweed area and a picturesque drive south-west through the dairy, sugar-cane and banana country to Murwillumbah. There are week-end markets, art galleries, beaches, fine food, cycle ways, parks and nature walks everywhere you look. Not to mention the cinema at Kingscliff, hair dressing and retail outlets at Salt Village and relaxing beauty treatments at salt Spa.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
Noise complaints will result in loss of security deposit and on the spot eviction plus payment of security guard fees and council fees if applicable. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy. This includes emptying the rubbish bins, washing and drying all dishes, emptying the dishwasher emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller & microwave, BBQ.
