This original 1930s beach house in Kingscliff has been lovingly restored beyond its former glory. It is one of the rare beachfront houses available on Marine Parade for holiday letting, offering magnificent uninterrupted oceanfront views. This home’s unsurpassed location is minutes walking distance to the beach, parkland, cafes, restaurants, surf club, shops, markets and Cudgen Creek estuary. The house offers separate living areas for families, friends and couples to relax accommodating everyone’s needs.

Pet friendly for 1 dog UP TO 15kg limit- pets allowed indoors. Any damage/extra cleaning will be charged to the bond.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
