Coastline Holiday Group invites you to Nautilus Ocean Breeze. Perfectly positioned opposite a large park and playground, for your children to play safely and only 200 metres walking distance from the beach and local cafe’s.
The spacious open plan living area features a beautiful lounge, flat screen tv, dining table, twin bar fridge, ducted air-conditioning and flows seamlessly out to the covered alfresco Barbeque area and grassy backyard.
Your fully equipped kitchen features smart stone benchtops, Bosch 900mm wide gas cooktop and oven, Bosch integrated dishwasher, stainless steel fridge and walk-in butlers pantry.
Upstairs you will find the 2nd living space with a lounge, television and ducted air-conditioning and study nook with a built in desk.
The master suite features plantation shutters, king size bed, flat screen tv, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in robe, and a stunning ensuite with a double shower.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
