This centrally located property offers easy coastal living with ocean glimpses and breezes flowing throughout. Just 450 metres to the creek and 500 metres to the beach, you can head out for a swim, paddle or walk within minutes, while still being close to town amenities, shops and cafés. It is a practical base for enjoying a relaxed lifestyle where everything you need is within walking distance.
Your open plan living area is furnished with a lounge suite, smart TV, ceiling fan, 6 seater dining table and opens out to the balcony.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.
Your master suite features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, built in robe, ensuite and small balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both consist of a Double size bed, ceiling fan and built in robe.
The main bathroom is nearby with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
