Welcome to Kingscliff Paradise. A tastefully furnished, 3 bedroom apartment located right in the heart of beautiful Kingscliff.
Your spacious open plan living area is complete with a lounge suite, smart Tv, 6 seater dining table, air conditioning and ceiling fan. This area flows effortlessly out to the covered balcony. Here you can relax and unwind on the outdoor lounge suite, enjoy a Barbeque cooked meal at the 2nd dining suite all whilst taking in the beautiful views of Kingy beach & central parkland.
The modern kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, electric cooktop, dishwasher, oven, stainless steel fridge, breakfast bar and ample bench space.
Your master suite is generous in size and features a King size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, built in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both consist of a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, built in robe and access to the private balcony - here you can enjoy views of Mt Warning. (These beds can be split to make 2 Single size beds upon request)
The main bathroom includes a shower, bathtub and toilet. There is direct access from bedroom 2.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
