Located at the Ledges Golf Club, this luxury home is welcoming and invites you to enjoy the beauty of not just the home – but also of St. George and the Snow Canyon area. Zion National Park is close, as well, which makes this home perfect for your Southern Utah vacation.
This newly built, two-story townhome is located in northern St. George and has 4 bedrooms and 4½ baths. Beautifully decorated featuring original works from Utah artist Whitney L. Davis, Sunset Terrace is well-equipped, and has every necessity and high-end upgrade you can imagine.
This home features four spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are three king suites and one double queen suite. Also, the upstairs loft living area features two queen Murphy beds and a queen pull-out couch. This vacation rental comfortably accommodates 16-18 people.
On the first level is a large, comfortable living area which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining seating for 10, and a well-appointed living room with a large screen TV. Located out in the back, through the sliding door, is a great outdoor dining area--complete with a BBQ grill. Tucked away off the living area you will find a large master suite with private patio access. This stunning retreat includes a personal spa bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a generous soaking tub. The walk-in closet has direct access to the laundry room, which is fully stocked with laundry products and stacks of fresh, thirsty beach towels.
As you go upstairs make sure you notice the automatic lights that line the stairs for a soft, night lighting effect. The loft is open and roomy and has a queen sofa bed and two queen Murphy beds. This combination living, sleeping, and play area have a huge flat-screen TV and Nintendo Switch system. You’ll spend every evening on the sunset terrace, which is accessed directly off of the loft. This scenic, second outdoor living area has cushioned patio couches and lounge chairs under the beautiful lighted pergola. Continuing back inside you will find three upstairs bedrooms. The double queen suite is directly off of the loft, with an en-suite bathroom. Each of the two upstairs king suites enjoys access to the shared private balcony, and also has en-suite bathrooms. You’ll be sure to sleep well on the high-end, Swiss-made MVMNT mattresses and deluxe linens in all of the bedrooms.
The Ledges vacation community sits just north of St. George, Utah, and is surrounded by 360 degrees of stunning views. With endless trails just moments away, and a breathtaking golf course right on site, you’ll understand why staying at The Ledges has become a family tradition for many. Enjoy the two community pools and pickleball courts, or dine at the Fish Rock Grille, overlooking the golf course.
