Your open plan living area includes a lounge suite, smart TV, air conditioning and 4 seater dining table. This area flows out to the entertaining area where you can enjoy a Barbeque at the outdoor dining table, or walk directly out your gate to take a dip in the swimming pool. The property also includes a women’s bike for your convenience, enjoy riding along the beach path or leave the car at home when you head into town.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware, dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, fridge with water dispenser and ice maker. Delonghi coffee pod machine included- compatible with Nespresso pods (BYO).

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
