Situated right in the heart of Kingscliff, you have award-winning restaurants, cafes, Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Surf Club, Bowling Club, shopping precinct, beach, and crystal-clear creek all at your doorstep!
Your spacious living area includes a 4-seater lounge suite, Smart Tv and access to the large private balcony where you can unwind and relax after a long day at the beach. Inclusive of a gas barbeque and 4-seater alfresco dining suite, this space is perfect for a family dinner with ocean breezes.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all cookware, crockery, glassware needed to prepare delicious meals, fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, and oven.
Your master suite features a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, built in robe with access to the main bathroom which consists of a shower, vanity, washing machine and separate toilet.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
