Welcome to the Mesa! Live like a Santa Barbara local with a quick walk to our beloved Leadbetter Beach and don’t forget to bring your surf board. This freshly renovated and professionally decorated home brings a wave of calm as you step through the front door at Marina Azul. The bright and light interior create serenity and peace making it a wonderful place to call your home. The large windows throughout flood the interior with natural light. French and Dutch doors provide optimal indoor/outdoor living. You’ll enjoy the large dining table (indoor/outdoor) and seating around the outdoor fire pit — the perfect ending to a spectacular beach day filled with that relaxing Santa Barbara vibe.
Marina Azul offers dual primary bedrooms both with ensuite baths and king beds -- one located on the lower level and one on the upper level with its own private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Two guest rooms are located downstairs. The first includes a queen bed, office space and ensuite bath. The second, includes two darling iron twin beds -- perfect for children. A casita with a futon and WFH/Zoom office space is located adjacent to the home. After a day at the beach, step into the outdoor shower before relaxing.
Marina Azul is a short walk to Shoreline Park and Leadbetter Beach, and a short drive to Downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone making it the prime location for your California getaway.

Due to recent storms beach access at the end of La Marina (down the surfer’s ramp) is limited due to rocks settling there. Please access multiple paths further down the sidewalk to the left for easier access if needed.
