This three-story beauty provides a full bathroom on each level of the home, with bedrooms on the second and third floors. The second floor has two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The third floor offers one bedroom with two twin beds and a large queen suite with two queen beds and a large sitting area with a game or work table. For an extra bonus, enjoy the comfortable bed on the fully screened porch! Evening fun is found around the outdoor fire pit with lots of guest seating provided. After your day spent discovering wineries nearby and venturing out for boutiques and restaurants in both Templeton and Paso Robles, return to relax in the hot tub or cozy up in front of two wood-burning stoves in the home. Comfort and quality are keynotes in this spacious vineyard-based home. Enjoy private walks on the tree-lined road through the vineyard and bring your bikes for rural rides.
