Welcome to Columbine Rock Lodge. This cozy log cabin is in a quiet mountain neighborhood on Peak 7. Grand views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room make for the perfect vista of Bald Mountain in the distance and the aspen grove in the backyard. The large gas fireplace in the living room, fully stocked kitchen, and farm table dining make for the perfect family setting.
On the main level, there is a queen bedroom with an ensuite. Upstairs, nestled together, is the main king bedroom with an ensuite and a lofted bunk room lounge overlooking the livingroom. There are two king bedrooms on the lower level with a hall bathroom.
The yard is the true gem of this home, with a wrap-around deck from the main living area and an expansive patio below with a fire pit, hot tub, and sauna, all surrounded by a stunning aspen grove. This home is truly a family mountain oasis for summer and winter.

Peak 7 and Peak 8 are just a short drive to the famous Breckenridge Ski Resort base. Homes located in this area are also quite close to Downtown Breckenridge, which offers a multitude of family-friendly restaurants, shops, and plenty of nightlife for adults. Some homes on Peak 8 offer ski-in/ski-out access to make for a remarkable vacation.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- - Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- - A credit card preauthorization of $850.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- - Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $45 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
