Head out on the lagoon with paddleboards and kayaks, explore the surrounding paved trails on electric scooters, or get out and enjoy the beautiful surrounding outdoors. In a gaming mood? Have a fun competition of ping pong, shuffleboard, or basketball shootout. Then, don’t forget to snap a picture in front of the unique sunset mural upstairs to add to the memory book!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Sky Decks on top of the Promenade, Surf, and Sand Buildings on the SW side of the Lagoon. Enjoy the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and community views from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Please note, the Sand Building does not have a rooftop hot tub, but you are welcome to enjoy the hot tubs on top of the Surf or Promenade Buildings.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!
