This large and bright Storm Meadows condo provides everything you could want for vacation lodging! The complex sits high on a hilltop perched over the Yampa Valley, and the views tell the true story. With easy access, a pool and hot tub, as well as a ski trail leading down to the mountain, all the boxes are checked!
The condo is on the top floor, with elevator access for easy loading and unloading of luggage and gear. Immediately upon entering, you notice the high, sloped ceiling and the multitude of windows giving the space a very open and cheerful mood. The master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, a huge closet, and an attached full bathroom. A second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a queen bed also has a flat-screen TV and board games, the perfect room for kids or teens! Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
