• A large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a second sofa, a coffee table, a large HDTV, an audio system. Window on street and courtyard.
• A dining area with a granite table and high chairs
• An open kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, washer-dryer.
• A third bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed, a wardrobe. Two windows overlooking courtyard.
• A third shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, hair dryer, WC adjoining the third bedroom.
The linen is provided. Electric heating. Table and iron.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
