Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please read our listing so we are all on the same page in regards to expectations :)
- Anyone at the property must be included in the original booking request or confirmed with the host prior to the stay. No UNAUTHORIZED guests - violation of this rule will result in TERMINATION of the reservation without refund
- We ask that you please be cognizant of and courteous towards our neighbors during your stay, especially after dark.
- No Events, Parties or Large gatherings.
- No smoking/vaping of any kind (including tobacco and cannabis) If there is any evidence of this, an additional cleaning fee of up to $750 will be charged. No burning of candles or incense.
