Sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed and a queen size Murphy Bed in cabinet. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in. Bay Tree B6 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Property Manager, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes: - 24/7 guest support - Professional cleaning to the highest standards - Pre-arrival inspection performed by 1 of our team members - Clean towels & linens - These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. The guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
