- The small town of Kensington is located on the hills of the East Bay. The property offers an amazing view. However, you must be prepared to walk up and down the block if you are not using a car. Please be mindful of the steep terrain around the property and the steep driveway/stairs from the street

- The homeowner lives in the neighborhood
- Your safety matters. The property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the front and back doors, facing each entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
