Casa Julia is a stylish 3 bedroom villa with an open plan kitchen and living rooms. It has all the modern conveniences you would expect, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and smart tv. Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and there is also another shower room and a wc. There is an open plan living room with sliding doors opening out on to the terrace. It has lovely outside space with a private saltwater swimming pool (10m by 3m, minimum depth 1.35m) which is heated up until 16th June and from 15th September (the pool also has a security alarm), and an outside seating area perfect for alfresco dining. It is only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Pinarello beach and the shops and restaurants of St Lucie de Porto Vecchio are only a 5 minute walk away. Figari airport is just 40 minutes away.
