Bright and quiet apartment, the entrance separates the living and sleeping area, you immediately enter the living and dining area where there is a table for 6 people, a comfortable sofa and the kitchenette area, fully equipped. The exposed beams give a pleasant Florentine-style effect. On the other side of the corridor is the sleeping area, with a double bedroom and a single bedroom both overlooking the backyards gardens. Large spaces in the wardrobes. The bathroom has a very comfortable shower and is complete with bidet, sink and toilet. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning. It is located on the second floor without a lift, in an area full of typical bars and restaurants, Piazza Santa Croce, the Teatro Verdi and the Bargello Museum just a few minutes away on foot, supermarkets and shops for shopping for all tastes.. City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights ....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
