The cottage sleeps 6 and has a wonderful open plan living room with log burner, dining area and kitchen with oak fittings and flooring. A ground floor double room and shower room opposite make a great addition to making all facilities accessible on a ground floor level. A second double room and family bathroom with bath and separate shower on the first floor, leading to a twin room on the second floor. All the bedrooms face the back of the cottage away from the roadside, with beautiful views in every season of the valley, Lingmoor and surrounding fells. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
