"Luz Villa, located in Plakias next to the beach and all amenities, is a spacious modern villa in the south of Crete. With a size of 220 sqm, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in four bedrooms. The villa offers stunning ocean views of the south Cretan Sea and provides guests with a sense of harmony and tranquility. It’s an ideal base for exploring the south coast of Crete, as it’s close to numerous other beaches.
The ground floor features an open living space with sea views. This open-plan area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room, and a dining area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a self-catered vacation. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
