Chesa Nair is located in Surlej, a hamlet of Silvaplana at the base of the Corvatsch ski lifts. The house is located in the lower part of the hamlet, 600 meters from the Corvatsch cable car. Very close to the lakes and the bakery. St. Moritz is 6.5 km away. In the summer, the hiking trails start directly from the house and the kite/wind sur center is only 500 meters away. In winter, the cross-country trails are just a few meters away and the ski lift is only 200 meters away.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
