A screened porch overlooking the heated pool offers lounge seating and outdoor dining. Plenty of room to pull out the ping pong table and pool toys are left for your enjoyment. A private boat slip accommodates a boat up to 38 feet and includes a fish cleaning station, free water and shore power. There is space to park your boat trailer on property.
