The Home
Ocean view windmill farm is in the beautiful area of North Gower and is
an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). It offers a quiet scenic
location suitable as a wedding venue or for couples and walkers alike.
There are lovely views from the entrance of the grounds and a peace and
quiet that will satisfy your rural location needs. Please note we allow
a maximum of 2 pets at £10 per dog, which is payable seperatly to the
booking amount to reception on site.
This lovely cottage is overlooking the estuary and boasts a fantastic
view to wake up to. It has all the modern necessities including a
kitchen with an oven, stove top, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing
machine, cooking utensils and general crockery/cutlery inventory. It
has a good sized living space with 2 x 2 seater leather sofas as well
as a wood burning fire for those lovely...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
