THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests own accounts. A beach pass and parking permit are required for Middlesex Beach access. A fee will be assessed for any lost or misplaced passes. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final checkin information is made available.
