Your mountain escapade awaits at this spectacular 2,478-square-foot, well-maintained home. It’s simply perfect for large families and groups looking for a breezy and comfortable place to stay. Enjoy a wonderful location within a half mile of the Campton Mountain Ski Area and near scenic trails, including Smarts Brook Trailhead, (six miles) and Welch-Dickey Trailhead (eight miles). Visit the Dam Brewhouse (two miles away), which was voted the #2 best brewery in the state! There are many other ski areas within a short drive! Take the hiking equipment provided out into the mountains and enjoy the gorgeous nature trails. The hiking equipment includes six backpacks, six hiking spikes for your shoes, and six hiking mugs. Guests will also have access to the Waterville Community Center for access to indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a pond, restaurant and bar.
Delight yourself with picture-perfect four-season views that abound in this vast home with endless room for the entire family. The living room provides a great spot to admire the views while enjoying the comfort of home and the warmth of the gas fireplace. Curl up near the fire with your favorite blanket and stream the series or movie of your choice on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The large dining table allows you to host entertaining family game nights with the provided board games. And there is no true board game night without snacks! Whip up delicious treats for the family in the well-appointed kitchen, which happens to be complete with all modern stainless steel appliances, including a built-in double oven and a Keurig coffee maker. On the lower level, you will encounter the home’s hidden gem - a 440-square-foot bonus room that has been decorated in a quaint 50 style with a jukebox, a 50s diner booth, an extensive sectional, and a 75-inch, HD, 3D surround sound TV. Additional perks include a workout area with a bike, workout bench, and weights.

There is an additional fee to access the shared amenities. There is one pass in the unit. The guest pass allows the admittance of one adult only. Guest pass holders can purchase daily guest passes. Daily weekend pass (Friday - Sunday) fee per person $25. Daily weekday pass (Monday-Thursday) fee per person $15. No admittance or purchase without a ’Guest pass’ holder. Seniors 65 plus - $10 per person (any day). 7 and under are free (any day).
