Perfect for large families, reunions, or group vacations, this rental offers ample space, privacy, and luxury. Enjoy the entirety of the property, featuring seven separate bedrooms (sleeping space for up to 18 comfortably), multiple bathrooms, two kitchens, spacious living areas, a sauna, an office space with Alaskan literature, and outdoor spaces with stunning views. Whether you’re hosting a special event or simply looking for a place to gather with loved ones, Manor on the Hill provides the ultimate backdrop for unforgettable memories. For entertainment, the property includes multiple televisions, board games, and complimentary Wi-Fi. It is two separate units with two separate entrances; both fully furnished. While allowing everyone to share meals and socialize throughout, up to six guests have nightly separation. There is room for multiple cars to be parked in the back of the house via the alley with the kitchen just past the laundry room once in the back door. There is also a single space out front reserved for those staying in Manor Getaway as well as ample unassigned street parking for guests. Violating the maximum occupancy of 18 people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued. There is a sofa that converts to a queen-sized bed in the living room. When the full property is booked, the home accounts for two separate units with outdoor access to and from each. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
