THINGS TO KNOW There is a lot of wildlife in the area, so be alert and don’t feed the animals. Guests may need 4WD for traveling over Hoosiers or Kenosha Pass per the Colorado traction laws - not necessarily while driving in Fairplay to the house. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
